SERVICE AGREEMENT

Terms & Conditions

These terms form the agreement between Slash Studios and you, the client, for every project we take on. Please read them before booking.

Services

  • We provide Discord bot development, server setup, community management, moderation, security and branding, as described in your quote.
  • Anything not listed in the agreed quote is treated as extra work and is quoted separately.

Quotes & payment

  • Every project starts with a written quote. Quotes are valid for 7 days.
  • Full payment (100%) is required upfront. Work begins once payment is received.
  • Ongoing management is billed monthly in advance and renews until cancelled.
  • We accept a wide range of payment methods. The method and currency are agreed with you before the project begins.

Timelines & delivery

  • Estimated timelines are shared in the quote and start once payment and all required details are received.
  • Delays caused by late feedback, missing access or scope changes may extend the timeline.

Revisions

  • Every project includes unlimited revisions throughout development and active management.
  • Revisions cover changes within the agreed scope. New features or major additions are quoted separately.

Client responsibilities

  • You will provide the server access, permissions, branding and information we need to do the work.
  • You are responsible for your server’s content, rules and members, and for following Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Ownership

  • Once the project is fully paid, you have the right to use everything we deliver for your community.
  • Your branding, content and server remain yours at all times.
  • Slash Studios keeps ownership of its own tools, methods and know-how, which we may continue to use in other projects.

Confidentiality

  • We keep your server details, access, data and business information private and never share them with third parties.
  • We may show your project in our portfolio only with your permission.

Refunds

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started.
  • If we cannot deliver the agreed work, you will receive a refund for the unfinished part.
  • Ongoing management is not refunded for the current month, but you can cancel before the next billing date.

Cancellation

  • Either side can cancel a project with written notice. Work completed up to that point is billed.
  • Ongoing management can be cancelled at any time with 15 days’ notice before renewal.

Limitation of liability

  • We are not responsible for losses caused by Discord platform changes, outages, bans, third-party services or actions taken by your staff or members.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to these terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, and changes do not affect projects already in progress.

By sending a project request, making a payment or giving us access to your server, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
